    Mindfulness and Movement Go Hand and Hand As Mind is Body and Body is Mind. Movement Not Only Improves Our Physical Health, But Also Improves Our Emotional Wellbeing. Being Mindful Allows Us To Live In The Present Moment and Stay Grounded. I’ve incorporated Both By Practicing Yoga, Meditation, Calisthenics, and Running.

  • Creativity

    Allows Us To Express Ourselves Freely. Outside of Work, We All Possess Energy That Is Embedded Deep Into Our Conscious That Pushes Us To Create. Tapping Into Various Art Forms Such as Music, Dance, and Poetry, Frees Our Spirit and Satisfies Our Soul. I Personally Express Myself Through Observing and Capturing Art Through Photography and Creative Portraits.
